Feel free to add a little splash of Rum to make this a cocktail for the adults!
Whether you make these as cocktails or mocktails (or both), the fresh, tropical flavors of mango and lime are sure to be a hit! Simply mix together mango and lime juice, club soda and a splash of rum (for the adults) with some crushed ice. Fresh mint leaves and lime slices add a lovely garnish that'll make your breakfast table *almost* feel like a resort getaway.
Mango Lime Mocktails

INGREDIENTS
1 cup Mango Juice
1 tablespoon Lime Juice (or more to taste)
1.5 oz of Rum per serving, if desired
Club Soda or Ginger Ale*
Crushed Ice, as needed
Fresh Mint, for garnish
Lime Slices, for garnish
*Ginger Ale will make for a sweeter drink whereas Club Soda will be less so. The Ginger Ale also adds a complimentary mild ginger flavor.
DIRECTIONS
1. In a pitcher stir together the mango juice, lime juice and rum (if using). Add 4 cups of club soda (or ginger ale) and crushed ice and stir together until chilled. Pour into 4 glasses and serve with fresh mint leaves and a lime slice.
